I can't find what I'm looking for
If you know the name of the product you need, the quickest way to find it is to
use the search box in the top right of the page. If the product doesn't appear in
the results, it may not currently be available to buy online. Look on the
Other IRIS Products page for more information.
The product I'm looking for is not available in the store
For various reasons including the need for a consultation or a bespoke installation,
not all IRIS products can be purchased through the IRIS store. Check the
Other IRIS Products page for a full list of products and links to more information.
Where can I find further information about a product?
Click on any product in the store and, beneath the product image on the left you
should see a link named Full Product Details. Clicking this will open a new
window containing the product information website.
I received a reminder or invoice in the post to renew my product licence(s). What
do I do?
To renew your licence online please go to the web address shown on your reminder
or invoice, or please
click here and follow the on-screen instructions. The renewals section can
also be accessed under the 'My Account section', if you have an existing IRIS Online
Store account please sign in and follow the on-screen instructions to renew your
licence.
What is the ‘Renewal Reference Number?'
If you receive a renewal invoice, the renewal reference number is your ‘Invoice
Number’. If you receive a renewal reminder letter, the renewal reference number
is the ‘Contract Number’ printed on the reminder.
Payment
Can I set up a monthly direct debit to pay for my products?
Not yet. We hope to offer monthly payment setup in the future, but for now the IRIS
store accepts Credit and Debit cards only.
I have a discount or voucher code, where can I enter it?
Discount codes can be entered on the checkout page, where any discounts will be
applied before payment. Only one discount code may be applied per transaction.
How do I know the IRIS store is secure?
The IRIS Store uses PayPal, a global leader in online payment solutions with more
than 164 million accounts worldwide. PayPal uses 128-bit encryption to automatically
encrypt all your personal and payment information. Your payment card information

Delivery and returns
What is the cost of delivery?
Delivery within the UK is free. All items are despatched using First Class post.
If you require any special delivery options, or would like items delivered outside
the UK, please call the Sales Hotline on 0844 815 5656.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours of receipt of your order, and sent
via First Class post. If there is a delay with your order, we will notify you by
email. You can check the status of your order by
signing in to the IRIS Store and clicking on Order History in the My Account
area on the right sidebar.
I have chosen ‘Download’ as the delivery method, when will I receive my licence
key?
If you have chosen the ‘Download’ delivery option, your licence key information
will be posted out to the specified delivery address within 72 hours of receipt
of your order.
Enquiries regarding the provision of licence keys for product(s) downloaded from
this website should be made to the
billing centre shown in your order confirmation email.
Why do I have more than one order number for a single purchase?
IRIS products are administered and dispatched from a number of billing centres around
the UK. Products in your order are grouped together by their respective billing
centres and each group is assigned an order number.
Who can I call about my order?
The contact number or numbers relating to your purchase are shown on the email you
received when you place your order.
I need to return something, what should I do?
IRIS' returns policy varies by billing centre. Please call the
billing centre number for the product you wish to return as shown on your
email receipt.
My account
How do I create an account?
You create an account the first time you buy from us, as part of the checkout process.
How do I sign in to my account?
If you have an account with the IRIS store, simply click on the
sign in link at the top right of the page. You do not have to be signed in to purchase
against an existing account; you can sign in later.
I've forgotten my password
Click on the sign in link
at the top right of the page and then click on Forgotten your password. Your password
will be emailed to you.
How do I update my personal details?
Sign in to the IRIS Store then click on Account Details in the My Account area on
the right sidebar. Please note that the IRIS Store does not store your payment information.
What does the order status in my order history mean?
The order status categories shown in the order confirmation email and in the 'Order
History' section of your account have the following meaning;
- Pending - Your payment has been received and authorised,
and your order is awaiting processing by the relevant billing centre.
- Complete - Your order has been processed by the billing
centre administrators - and an invoice (and, where applicable, product) are being
dispatched.
- Cancelled - Your order has been cancelled by you either
during payment processing or following agreement between you and the relevant billing
centre.
I have recieved confirmation that my payment was successful, but my order history
is not showing the order?
Wait for 10 minutes then revisit the order history section, if the order is still
not appearing please contact the webmaster at the following address
